Solution Implemented
To address client's complex needs, we at Touchscreen, proposed a digital reception solution. This API-based reception system seamlessly integrates with in-house software, allowing landlords to manage visitor passes through specialized touchscreen hardware. This grants them control over building access while ensuring stringent access control measures are in place.
Our solution simplifies and digitizes the check-in process while prioritizing security. The client welcome wallboard serves as a user-friendly, visually appealing interface. Visitors can check in by scanning a QR code or entering a code received via email. Upon check-in, they receive a confirmation message detailing their visit and the host's information.
The system automatically notifies hosts of visitor arrivals and informs visitors when their host is en route to greet them. Visitors without prior invitations can initiate check-in by selecting the relevant company, initiating a phone call for further assistance.
All visitors receive an email enabling check-in, with hosts responsible for issuing visitor passes. Upon departure, visitors return their passes, completing a seamless and secure process that enhances client's innovative image.
